Rucker Elementary Starter
The music students at Rucker Elementary School have learned about songwriting with Monica Davidson this year. This program was generously funded by the Arts Action Fund @ Arts Connect Houston. Guest artists included singer and Cultural Ambassador Stefany Recinos and copmposer Emma Wine.
